Research On The Quality Management Of The Construction Project Of Haishang Luolan Community

Under the background of the rapid development of the construction industry,the requirements of the state and the industry for the quality standards of construction projects are more and more strict.However,due to the influence of complex factors in many aspects,the quality level of construction projects is often difficult to reach the ideal level.As a residential construction project,the quality of the residential construction project is directly related to the safety of people’s life and property.In the construction process of residential construction projects,construction units often reduce the requirements of construction machinery and equipment and the quality standards of construction materials due to the weak awareness of quality management and driven by interests,and fail to fully implement various quality management measures.Finally,the project after completion becomes a shoddy project,which not only seriously damages the market reputation of the construction enterprises.It also brings many security risks to the owners who live in it.Therefore,this paper takes the construction project of Shanghai Luolan Community as the research object.Based on the brief analysis of the project overview and the current quality management scheme,it further defines the problems of the construction quality management scheme by using the quantitative evaluation method,and makes the optimization scheme of the project construction quality management according to the evaluation results to provide guidance for the subsequent construction work.First of all,based on the brief introduction of the project overview and the current quality management scheme of Haishang Luolan Community,the influential factors of project quality management are identified by brainstorming method and Delphi method.Secondly,based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the identified quality management influencing factors are selected as quality management evaluation indexes,and the weights of indexes and fuzzy evaluation sets are calculated by using the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to obtain the evaluation results of the current project quality management schemes.Thirdly,based on the quantitative evaluation results of the project quality management scheme,the quality management scheme of the construction project of Haishang Luolan Community was optimized and formulated from five aspects,including man-machine physical method.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the construction quality management scheme of the construction project of Haihai Luo LAN Community,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects,such as personnel,system and funds.Through the research,we hope to provide theoretical guidance for the construction quality management of the construction project of Haishang Luolan Community,and promote its smooth completion according to the established quality standards.
