Study Of Strategic Cargo-loading Spot Of Taiyuan Railway Administration

Railway transport plays an indispensable role in bulk materials, especially in the goods related to people. With the completion of transportation, railway must optimize resources and improve efficiency to maintain its advantage. The strategic load spots construction is one of the most important contents of railroad leaping development, is the need of optimizing the productivity layout, raising the freight transportation technical level and the management level, enhancing the transportation efficiency. The construction of strategic load spots will undoubtedly enhance the competitiveness of railway itself greatly.This paper firstly expounds the basic theory of strategic loading point which includes the concept, the function, the principles and conditions in the constructing of the strategic loading point then analyzes the situation of the strategic loading point inTaiyuan Railway Bureau emphatically. Secondly, this paper explores the work on goods yard integration and strategic loading point construction in the Taiyuan Railway Bureau and expounds the significances in excavating transport potential, serving for regional economy effectively, increasing the freight demand. At last, this paper analyzes the operation of strategic loading point implementation of Taiyuan Railway Bureau. Putting forward the author’s own thinking on optimizing coal loading point work, improving the long-effect mechanism of platform management and strategic loading point construction, ascending daily management level, optimize operation organization mode and so on.Strategic loading point construction is an important method to implement the railway key account strategy and enlarges the scale of freight market. This paper propose to reform the railway transportation model, developing the means of transport organization, perfecting the transportation organization security system, transforming the existing equipment through the research on the construction and operation of the strategic loading point to improving the efficiency of the railway freight transportation.
