Research And Implementation Of Data Access Based On IEC61850in The Monitor System Of Substation

IEC61850is the latest standard of substation communication network and systemwhich is issued by the International Standards Organization. The purpose of it is tounify the various kinds of substation automation communication system, to improvethe maintainability, the openness and the scalability. All of these are working for theintelligent network (network, information). How to access data based on the ICE61850standard in the traditional substation monitoring system is the target of this paper.Firstly,the research status of domestic and foreign, the development and contentof the standard are introduced in this paper,and expounds the main features of thestandard: information stratification, self-describing data, abstract communicationservices and unified object-oriented modeling, etc. Then, an analysis of the architectureof the traditional substation monitoring system and the information of the real-timedatabase is made. Based on all of these, in order to get the useful informations, thefunctional information model of IED based on Substation Configuration descriptionLanguage is detailed analyzed.In the end of the paper, it analyzes the data storage formats and the differencesbetween the APCS3000system and the IEC61850standard, and then introduces howto analyze various kinds of information of intelligent electronic equipment fromsubstation configuration files.In order to realize data access functions, it has madethese informations and the data of real-time database relationship mapping in the table.Finally, a test of standards-based data access in the practical application is made.
