The substation communication system is the hub in realizing the exchange of intelligent electronic device information.In recent years,with the introduction of the IEC61850 standard,it has provided strong technical support for the implementation of smart substations.At present,there are still deficiencies in the research on real-time and reliability of IEC 61850 digital substation communication system.Therefore,this article is based on the D2-1 substation as the object,aimed at improving its real-time and reliability performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the status quo of IEC61850 standard research,introduced the structure of digital substation,it contains three-layer and two-network,and emphatically analyzed the real-time and reliability research status of intelligent substation communication network.(2)Data flow transmitted in substation are classified in the perspective of time-domain.Established mathematical model of data flow,intelligent electronic equipment model.Considering that each data stream characteristic is closely related to the performance of the communication system,network simulation about key parameters are performed,to improve the accuracy of the model.(3)Established D2-1 digital substation model based on IEC61850,including components such as merging unit,monitoring and control equipment,and protection equipment.Add application configuration and profile inquiry module to complete communication function.(4)Aiming at improving the real-time problem of substation communication network,this paper analyzes the uncertainty of end-to-end delay of generic transmission protocol packet,and simulates the four types of substations topology,network load and protocol mapping mechanism to determine the optimal communication real-time program.A virtual local area network technology based on bay divisions and a priority tag technology scheme is proposed to simulate and verify the effectiveness of the scheme.(5)Finally,according to the reliable requirement of zero-switching time,when substation is in faulty state.The protection is set up with Parallel Redundancy Protocol and High-availability Seamless Redundancy Protocol model.Established the model of the station control layer using PRP,the process layer using HSR.Through the reliability block diagram method,go-oriented methodology,which demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the PRP-HSR program.
