Belt conveyer is one of the most important material conveying equipment,and it is widely used in electric power,mining and other fields.Because of the inertia load,the stress of the conveyor is the maximum when the conveyer is brake.So the dynamic analysis of the conveyor stop stage has been widely concerned.The theory of wave takes the viscoelastic essence of the conveyer belt into account.Compared with the previous static calculation method,the dynamic calculation of the belt conveyor with long distance and large transportation is more accurate than the simple dynamic superposition of the wave.Thus the research on dynamic analysis of belt conveyor have certain practical engineering significance.By analyzing the mechanical model of the conveyor stopping process system(First mechanics model and second mechanics model).The speed of the model is the symbol of the mechanical model of the system.When the speed of the conveyor belt is small enough,the brake drum lock,entering into the second mechanical model.Through the analysis of wave propagation in the driving roller,the tension roller,the modified roller and the transmission line wave,the propagation function of the wave excitation and refraction is deduced by the wave impedance relationship.The introduction of the refraction and reflection coefficients of the communication function can be simplified,omitting the response of inertial lag,and reduce the amount of calculation.In the research of the fluctuation of the conveyor stop phase,the force wave and velocity wave of the conveyor stable operation are the initial conditions for the stop stage of the conveyer.According to the difference of the conveyer stopping mode,the tension difference between two ends of the drive roller is determined,and the speed and the speed of the two ends of the roller are the boundary conditions of the system.The tension and speed of each unit is determined by the fold reflection function and the initial and boundary conditions.Using Basic Visual develop the dynamic analysis software of the conveyer stopping power,and explain the software development and using method in detail.And application of this software with a large belt conveyor according to different ways to stop the simulation,get stop conveyer in the process of speed curve and tension curve,simulation results and theoretical calculations consistent.Through to stop conveyer stage dynamic analysis can obtains the maximum stress of the conveyor,and accurately on the reliability of the system for analysis and judgment,to design reasonable brings forward the corresponding improvement method and thus have important significance to improve the safety of the device.
