Heilongjiang DongHui Construction and Engineering Company Limited(referred to as the Donghui Construction Company) is located in Harbin City, thecompany a larger scale, in the rapid development of enterprise at the same time, alsoneed to face the national macro adjustment and control on real estate increasesceaselessly, industry competition is intense wait for a problem, Donghui ConstructionCompany wants to be in the industry has always been at the leading position, is toenterprises to strengthen the project cost management, so as to reduce the project costcost, eventually make the company to maximize the benefits.Therefore, project costmanagement is company management control key.This article will use as the maincontent, about construction enterprise cost management improvement research.First of all, this article unifies the Heilongjiang province DongHui constructioncompany cost management, pointing out the problems in construction costmanagement, and promoting the improvement of method and analyzes the necessityof.Then, the Donghui construction company cost management out of control causeanalysis.The cost management is the phenomenon of out of control, mainly caused bythe four aspects: one is the lack of a sound enterprise management system; two is theproject management and cost control should be strengthened; the three is theengineering change and claim management defects; four is the project process controlhas to be improved. According to the Donghui Construction Company project cost management isthe key point, this paper developed a Donghui Construction Company in the costmanagement to improve the management of the main method and its application.One,to establish and perfect enterprise management system: should be clear and costrelated to the responsibilities of various departments and staff duties; to operate theDepartment of work can be improved; but also actively pursued the project economicresponsibility system.Two, to strengthen the project management and cost control: themain is to catch good material and mechanical management, which by using the valueengineering theory in the ABC analysis method, the materials were analysed.Three,strengthen the engineering change and claim management: DongHui ConstructionCompany to set up a special claim of the management team, change the handling ofclaims to rational knobbly, change the claims handling process to form the system,visa claim report prepared by the project, should be concise and to the point, accordwith the actual, the responsibility is clear, evidence is reliable, accurate, calculationmethod results no error.Four, to strengthen the process control, catch good projectquality: DongHui Construction Company in the construction process, the projectquality control method to achieve the following: materials approach to be tested, tovigorously promote the construction of model system, engineering have self-checking,special inspection, handover inspection, finished product protection, establishcorresponding management system of Engineering quality.Finally, the DongHui company to improve the management of the effect toundertake an analysis, through two case citations, pointed out that through theimprovement of the project cost management to reduce cost to play the role of.The main purpose of this paper is to standardize the Heilongjiang DongHuiconstruction company cost management, also expect to be able to be similar to the engineering construction project cost management improvement rise to draw lessonsfrom action.In addition, through this study, hope to be able to reach for the large andmedium-sized construction company cost management to provide reference, as wellas to make reasonable cost management to provide reference.
