With the increasingly fierce market competition,the construction industry has entered an era of low profit,and construction enterprises are facing huge pressures for survival.At present,due to the needs of new-type urbanization construction,many construction projects appear in the form of"group engineering".Enterprises have put forward higher requirements.Under this background,improving the cost management level has become a more urgent internal demand.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how construction companies can effectively manage and control the cost of building group projects.In the process of project implementation,the factors that affect the project cost include construction period,quality,safety,contract,visa change,market and other factors.From the perspective of the construction unit,this article addresses the current problems in cost management and the factors that affect costs.,Research on construction enterprise cost management methods,and introduce the duration-cost-quality optimization model in the cost planning stage,and introduce the win-value method in the construction control stage for dynamic analysis.It has provided construction enterprise managers with cost control reference methods in At the same time as the unit requirements,it will bring greater profits to the construction enterprises.The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)After explaining the characteristics of the group project and the current cost management status of the construction company,the thesis establishes a group project cost management system based on the influencing factors based on the existing problems.(2)Introduced the traditional multi-objective optimization method and differential evolution algorithm.After analyzing the impact of construction period and quality on cost and the connotation and relationship of the three,the optimization was carried out,and a non-linear comprehensive optimization model of the three major objectives was established.And adopt the differential evolution algorithm to solve the model.(3)Take Yinchuan HM project as an example,analyze its project construction process according to the cost management process,and decompose the project at the cost planning stage.Introduce the comprehensive optimization model established before and use differential evolution algorithm to solve it in Matlab programming.Therefore,the optimized construction period of the single project is 221 days,which is 7 days ahead of the contract construction period.The cost is 3.624 million yuan and the cost reduction rate is 2.07%.The overall optimization result is ideal.The phase-in value method is used to timely identify problems in the construction process and propose solutions.
