It is very popular to study the reservoir optimal dispatching in the whole water industry and it does have real value, at present, it has not the mature dispatching tool and method to make the reservoir dispatching, which is to guide reservoir and reservoirs to be dispatched. These two problems pave a way to make this thesis.According to these two problems, the thesis contains two sections:(1) The theory of PQGA is described in detail, and were compared through examples. The main contents what kind of improvement on the SGA, genetic algorithm commonly used in several typical function and use of standard genetic algorithm and quantum phase calculated by the analysis of the calculated results shows the superiority of the quantum phase genetic algorithm relative standard genetic algorithm.(2) PQGA is introduced in reservoir dispatching, make lezhu river rundle hydropower station as an example, PQGA and DP are optimization, and comparison the data request to verify the feasibility of the algorithm in the reservoir optimal scheduling area.(3) Characteristics was introduced character and individuality in the engineering field, and according to this, through the analysis of character and individuality of a reservoir optimal. Identify common factors, make it as objects and parameters of a universal reservoir optimal.(4) In this paper, software reuse, C#programming language, Visual Studio2008was used, and based on the common features of the reservoir optimal field, and the universal reservoir optimal with UI was designed. And make Lezhu Bamboo River Cascade Hydropower Optimal Scheduling as a simulation object in the system.
