Management Exploration And Practice On Large-size Construction Enterprises Operating BT Project Of Urban Rail Transit

With the urban development scale expansion and economic strengthen, urban rail transit construction is developing rapidly in China, all the big cities’subway construction in full swing, some small and medium cities apply for construction actively. In the case of infrastructure projects construction funds lack and construction management tasks heavy, the construction unit needs to explore more form of investment, construction and management model. In recent years, the government provides the policy support for Implementation of urban rail traffic BT mode construction.BT model has been used in urban rail transit construction in Beijing, in Shanghai, in Nanjing, in Shenzhen, and they have gained successful experience.This dissertation has studied the operation about urban rail transit BT project systematically. In the perspective of Building Enterprise (BT undertaker). The structure of the article as follows:(1) The Introduction. Analyzes the present situation and characteristics which is about the development of urban rail transit, as well as the BT model application in urban rail transit construction. Briefly introduced the research background, the research significance, the research foundation, study method, content.(2) Urban rail transit BT mode overview. Analyses the theory system of BT mode which is be used in urban rail transit. Including urban rail transit BT mode’s meaning, characteristics, operation process, primary actor, analyzing the difference with PPP, BOT, Mat endowment construction etc, and introduces the policy supporting system in china, explore the range which is suit for BT mode in subway construction.(3) The research on enterprise competitiveness for earn BT project. Including research influence architecture enterprise competitiveness’factor, explore the effective way to cultivate enterprise competitiveness, and in-depth research how to improve the competitive for acquiring BT project.(4) Urban rail transit BT project management practice. By means of Analysis about Shenzhen metro5th line BT project cases, explore a new management mode of subway BT project’s operation for large-size construction enterprises, summarize the advantages about this new management mode, analysis the problems about this new management mode when operate, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.(5)The risks analysis and risks prevention for BT project management. Analysis the risks when BT project be acquired or be built or be transferred, puts forward measures to prevent risks(6) Conclusion.
