Research For The Integration And Optimization Of Traffic Resources In Gongshu District, Hangzhou City

Urban traffic is the lifeline of city, the essential infrastructure for urban development, an important sigh to evaluate the modern level of urban development and an significant guarantee for the sustainable development of city. With accelerated process of urbanization and increased motorization degree, the amount of urban resident trave have largely increased. The substantial increase of people’s living standard further increases motor vehicle ownership.The sustainable development of urban traffic have obviously become a key factor in restricting the city’s economic and social development. For large and medium scale cities, problems, such as traffic congestion, frequent accidents and serious environmental pollution, have become increasingly serious. Controlling demand, improving supply, expanding the scale of road network are no longer effective methods to solve the contradiction between supply and demand.How to redefine and develop urban traffic have become indispensable part of future modern civilization development. Doing research on how to better integrate and optimize city’s existing traffic resources meets the needs to ensure sustainable development of urban traffic and city.This paper introduces the concept of traffic resource, the necessity of integration and optimization, simply analyzes the theories and methods of green traffic, TOD mode, intelligent traffic, traffic planning, and enumerates the typical cases of domestic and foreign urban traffic.On this basis, inspired the concept of cloud network in computer field, the author tries to introduce the idea of traffic "cloud network", and applies it in the theories and methods of integration and optimization of urban traffic resources.Finally, this paper takes the integration and optimization of traffic resources in Gongshu District of Hangzhou as an example. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper concludes the existing problems of traffic resources in Gongshu District and puts forward some views and suggestions for integration and optimization of traffic resources.
