Research On Urban Intelligent Traffic Management In China

With the sudden advancement of urbanization,the traffic problems of urban roads have become more and more serious.Traditional traffic management methods have been unable to meet the complex and ever-changing traffic demands.Intelligent traffic management has become an important means for cities to solve urban traffic problems.The intelligent traffic management system uses advanced communication and computer technology to realize a series of efficient and intelligent management of traffic monitoring,traffic signal control,traffic guidance,and traffic optimization analysis.It is a necessary tool for future urban traffic management,and it is also the hot spots of research and technical personnel.This article first selected the representative cities(Beijing,Guangzhou,Tianjin,Changsha,and Xi'an)in China,analyzed their existing traffic and ITS management status;and found out the problems of intelligent traffic management and the constraints of intelligent traffic construction.Secondly,the status quo,development history,and framework of intelligent traffic management and construction in advanced cities in China and abroad were studied,and their mature experience in intelligent traffic management construction was concluded.Finally,combining with the existing problems of intelligent traffic management in urban areas,the optimization measures for urban intelligent traffic management are put forward in terms of system and management.This article is divided into five chapters to study the issue of intelligent transportation.The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the research,the content of the research,the research methods and ideas,the research status of the intelligent traffic management at home and abroad,and the innovative points and deficiencies of the paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of intelligent traffic management.Firstly,this part defines the classification of intelligent traffic management and intelligent traffic management.Second,it elaborates the relevant theories of intelligent traffic management and green traffic.It is mainly the specific theories of intelligent traffic management and the new public management theory.The specifics ofintelligent traffic management include: Theories include coordination theory,control theory,and neural network theory.The third chapter is the case analysis of China's urban intelligent traffic management.This section first analyzes the status quo of traffic and intelligent traffic management in cities in China(Beijing,Guangzhou,Tianjin,Changsha,and Xi'an).Second,it summarizes the problems in intelligent traffic management;once again,it summarizes the factors that restrict the construction of intelligent traffic.The fourth chapter is the inspiration and experience of intelligent transportation construction in advanced cities at home and abroad.This section first analyzed the construction and structure of intelligent traffic management abroad(the United States,Japan,and Singapore),followed by a summary of the experience of intelligent traffic management at home and abroad.The fifth chapter is the optimization measures of urban intelligent traffic management in China.This part is aimed at the problems existing in intelligent traffic management in China,and puts forward optimized measures from three aspects of traffic planning and construction,system and management.
