The Reseach About Landscape Standardized In Guangzhou Large-scale Residential

In China，housing Industrialization is the inevitable trend of the residential real estatedevelopment, and standardized design will be the most effective way for us to find theappropriate development model. In the context of the housing industrialization，the authorattempted to explore the practical application of the landscape of standardization in the designof large-scale residential landscape. Based on the research of the existing landscapestandardization, the paper refined the principles and methods of standardized design, andsummarized it as "the whole process of landscape standardized design. Through thecombination of the real case, the author decomposed the landscape design work into severalstages, and analized the design applications in each stages.Chapter I the introduction part, under the background of the development in thehousing industry, the author discussed the current situation of the domestic real estatedevelopment and the main competition in the industry contradictions. Then,the authorproposed the realistic background of the problem and the actual purpose of the study, thesignificance of the research paper, the research content, the research methods, the overview ofthe theory and the important concept.Chapter II the development of landscape standardized in large-scale residential,mainly talked about the feasibility and the value of the "landscape standardized design" in theexisting projects under the background of the domestic housing industry developement.Authors analyzed the development of the domestic real estate standardizeddesign,summarized the standardized design has the significance to real estate development.Finally, based on the different stages of the design,the author decomposed the landscapestandardized application into2kinds "Design management standards" and "landscapestandards module".Chapter III the domestic large-scale residential landscape standardized in practice,first introduced the existing landscape standardized results and use instances of Vanke,DragonLake, Greentown these large real estate enterprises in China. After making thecomparison of these practical results, the author tried to summaried the remarkable results andthe existing bottleneck in the landscape standardized design. Finally,by the detailed analysisof the landscape standardized of Hengda, the author hoped to provide a reference for thelandscape standardized in large-scale residential.Chapter IV The application of landscape standardized design in the whole process ofthe large-scale residential，is the focus of this article. By the study of landscape design in large-scale residential,the author analyzed how the landscape standardized design played inthe different stages of landscape design,and made the study about the feasibility ofstandardizationof design management and landscape standard modules in the applicationof the design and construction phase, finally explored a complete landscape standardizeddesign ideas. This chapter also targeted in the project implementation process, the authorproposed to make the combination of the residential developers, the design company and theconstruction company, to establish a relationshio beyond a disposable pure market tradingrelationship,and this relationship will strengthen their respective core strengths, andmaximize the benefits of the housing industry.Chapter V the case study in Guangzhou Hengda Royal Scenic PeninsulaProject,maily resaearched the effect of the implementation of the standardized landscape inthe various stages of the large residential development. The article analyzed the case oflandscape standardized design in large-scale residential and explore the feasibility of thetheory. This section as a practical example of the papers, tried to analyze how the designmanagement standards and landscape standard module work in the large-scale residentiallandscapes standardization, from the application point of the whole process of thedevelopment. This study provided a program instance basis about how to develop areasonable residential development effiectively. Article aimed at the each construction phasesof the project, made the case studies and theoretical summary of the whole process of thelangdscape design,including the project location, the construction cost control, the conceptualplanning, the design development and the construction design.Chapter VI Conclusion section，summarized the practical significance of the paper,and made the recommendations about the landscape standardized existing inadequacies.Finally, the author look forward to the future of the landscape standardized design.
