Health is the eternal topic of human,Nowadays,human-being is facing severe crisis of survival.People increasingly focus on residential health problems and it have become highly debated-Living is the first property of urban function,healthy living is required to achieve in the future.In<Warsaw declaration>by 14th Conference of International Union of Architects,it clearly stated that the building,people and the environment to be a whole to consider,and pay attention to both construction and environmental health.Since then,many countries began to build a green building,energy saving building,low carbon environmental protection building.At present,the buildings are still in research and not very mature in practice,which needs to be improved and health issues are less considered.In the"healthy residential,live zone" comply with the trend of social development in a timely fashion is excepted.In 2004 the national housing and residential engineering center jointly formulated "the technical essentials for construction of healthy housing",and organize the pilot work of health residential construction.At present the status quo in China is to study the indoor environment focused on the single building,and the outside residential environment landscape study area is relatively weak,the residential environment landscape in cold region the research is more weak." Live" is important in the ancient people's livelihood,"healthy living”is excepted in twenty-first Century.Based on the interpretation of people's healthy residential construction technology elements a point,and the residential status of investigation,this study can be divided into four parts,Firstly further interpret of related concepts about health residence.Currently,the understanding of health have been difference from it was which has extend to an all-scoped health at the level of moral,society adaption,and the environmentalism.Based on this understanding,people would take the health element of residential area into consideration to realize the stages and final goal which is significant to the principle of health residential landscape design.Secondly,establish authoritative interpretation of national technical guidelines for "healthy residential construction technology elements" and basic theory on residential environment landscape design framework.Thirdly,analysis of the status quo and existing living landscape environment area of Landscape design development course in the city of our country,especially city residential status of the investigation and analysis,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,points out the ways to overcome.Fourth,based on a comprehensive analysis and research,in view of the current conditions in healthy residential environment landscape construction,proposed the design principles,theoretical foundation and design principles,from the overall design plan of macro and specific landscape elements processing two aspects of elaborated cold design methods of healthy residential environment landscape area.
