At the county level power supply enterprise execution scheme of distributionautomation in this paper, we read a lot of books and literature data, combining with thecountry distribution automation pilot program and the Kaiping Power Supply Bureau pilotscheme was analyzed and research.First, elaborated the distribution automation in the domestic and foreign developmentcourse, current research and implementation of distribution network automation necessity,describes the concept and main functions of distribution automation distribution automationsystem, introduces the main station, communication, and terminal structure function andinstallation example.Secondly, analysis of the10kV line not the implementation of distribution automationand the implementation of different technology modes distribution automation line of fault,line maintenance and adjustment process, comparison between implementation of distributionautomation in Guangdong effect, statistical distribution automation pilot constructionpractical situation, analyzed the distribution automation implementation effect and experience,put forward the planning of the distribution network automation principle.Then, taking Kaiping Power Supply Bureau distribution automation pilot project as anexample, introduces the master plan, with the net station and terminal program,communication network design, a detailed description of a pilot scheme of technical andfunctional theory implementation and equipment transformation, the existing distributionnetwork automation facilities and pilot program in16power distribution room equipmentstatus investigation and debugging, verification of Kaiping Power Supply Bureau distributionautomation pilot scheme theory to realize the function of the pilot scheme; analysis of theimplementation effect and the existence question, and proposed the improvement direction ofthe bequeath problem.Finally, analysis of Kaiping Power Supply Bureau at present to promote theimplementation of distribution automation pilot project and realize the whole distributionnetwork automation construction situation and problems, combined with the current Kaipingpower distribution network and single system application, to distribution automation planningprinciples as a guide, to determine the current distribution automation in Kaiping PowerSupply Bureau implement improvement scheme.
