| As an essential passenger load tool to modern buildings, the elevator has become one of the most important transportation which is very close to people’s daily lives. And the community concerns more and more about the attendant security issues of elevators. In the design and manufacture of elevator, manufacturer concerned more about the stability,security, as well operating conditions about the elevators, they strengthened periodic testing of the elevator situation. But regular testing still can not meet the protection of the security and stability of the elevator, if the elevator breaks down, maintenance person is still very difficult to get the elevator status information at the first time, they still need the on-site investigation, which greatly extend troubleshooting time. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of all sorts of elevator status information has very important practical significance. To realize the intelligent monitoring, this paper developed a wireless monitoring system of the elevator status information base on Zigbee which consist of three parts——the remote data monitoring center, zigbee wireless network layer, and the state information acquisition terminal. The main work is as follows:First of all, the paper discusses the elevator status information detection method, including the temperature, humidity, noise, acceleration, vibration, the elevator position, and the current, voltage of the traction machine, and introduces the principle and application of a series of intelligent sensor. The paper uses improved micro machining high-precision capacitance type three axis acceleration sensor to reduce sensor damping factor and improve the resolution of the sensor. At the same time, in the data processing link, the paper uses oversampling technology to further improve the acceleration test resolution. In the elevator vibration detection, the use of wavelet threshold de-noising technology improves the detection accuracy.Secondly, after the analysis of the performance and structure of the elevator, the paper determines that the state information acquisition terminal consists of three modules, which are elevator car, engine room, traction machine modules. They are responsible for the real-time detection of each elevator’s status information. Each terminal acquisition module has Cortex-M3intelligent processor as its core, combined with a variety of sensors for inputing the elevator’s real-time status information. Each module has a DGUS high clear LCD touch screen, which has a convenient man-machine interactive interface. The screen can real-time display the temperature, humidity, noise, acceleration, vibration, the elevator position, drag mechanical and the current, voltage of the traction machine. Each terminal module is connection with a zigbee wireless transmitting node, which sends the elevator status information to the wireless network.Finally, the paper uses the Visual C#tool to design and develop the data processing software of the remote data monitoring center. The data center receives elevator status information data through the wireless gateway from zigbee wireless network, and stores the data through the data processing software for further data analysis.Through times of the system test, the system has got a comprehensive inspection of each function, meets the design requirements well. |
