| Construction industry is the large energy consumption in China, during theproduction of building materials and the process of operation, energy consumptionaccounts about40%of total energy consumption. Among our43billion square metersof urban and rural buildings, most of them are high consumption building, it hasbecome an inevitable choice of construction industry to construct and develop greenbuildings. The proportion of rural buildings in the gross buildings is very heavy, whilemost of them are not energy-efficient and environmental-protected. Therefore, greenhousing in rural areas is a very important component of China’s development of greenbuilding construction.Because of the undeveloped rural market economy, green rural housing’sconstruction have many problems, how to effectively promote its constructiondevelopment have become a difficult problem and the most important focus in villageand towns to develop green buildings. Therefore, the study of the construction modeshas an important practical significance on the construction of green housing in ruralareas and the development of green buildings in China.Based on the research of related theories and practice, this paper presents theconcept of green rural housing, compiled with green building and traditional ruralhouse, its features and possible influencing factors have been summed up. Then,according to the green rural housing’s characteristics, combined with domestic andforeign villages’ construction practice and the successful construction modes, putforward three kinds of construction modes and established a mode selection analysismodel, which is appropriated to our country and the development status of ourvillages and towns. Consideration of the influencing factors and these three modes’own characteristics, choose Baodi in Tianjin as an empirical analysis of modeselection. Finally, put forward some countermeasure suggestions from three aspectssuch as government policy, tax concessions and supervision. |
