| As we all know,the EPC model has been widely used in the housing construction engineering market in my country.The EPC model can significantly improve the operation and management efficiency of the entire housing construction project,while ensuring the economic benefits and project quality of the entire construction project.Among them,the subcontractor selection management is an important part.However,based on China’s actual national conditions,the management of subcontractors in many current construction projects is still relatively extensive,and there are many shortcomings in the selection and management of subcontractors.For example,the selection and bidding phase of subcontractors is focused on subcontractors.The bid price of the contractor has not attracted enough attention to the qualifications,services,products and experience of the subcontractor,or the selection index of the subcontractor has not been considered from the perspective of the industry chain of the entire construction project;Regarding the selection and management of subcontractors,no attention is paid to the handling of the relationship between the general contractor and the subcontractors.For example,communication problems directly lead to inconsistencies in the technical details of the project,etc.,which ultimately leads to the inconsistency between the general contractor and the subcontractor.Form a long-term cooperative relationship;the selection criteria for the selection of subcontractors are relatively simple,such as focusing only on prices and focusing on the benefits that the general contractor can obtain.Obviously,under the current EPC model,the general contractor’s selection management of subcontractors presents certain deficiencies,especially the selection and evaluation of subcontractors is a key link,which will directly affect the quality,economy and safety of the entire construction project.Company A implements the traditional extensive management model of subcontractors.Although subcontractors choose to implement bidding,they have insufficient subcontractor selection management capabilities.For example,subcontractors have a single selection index(one-sided pursuit of project profits and quotations),the subcontractors selection index weight is unscientific(the subcontractor selection index weight definition still follows the index many years ago,without combining the perspective of the current construction supply chain),etc.,which eventually led to the subcontractor selected by the EPC project not meeting the requirements of Party A in the later stage of the project,As the general contractor,the company also bears greater losses.In this context,this article focuses on the research on the selection and management of subcontractor teams by large housing construction companies under the EPC mode,optimizes the traditional subcontractor selection mode,analyzes its shortcomings,and proposes the subcontractors team’s selection management optimization strategy provides reference and suggestions for the current general contractor of the housing construction industry in my country to select subcontractors in a reasonable and efficient manner.This is also the starting point of the research of this article,hoping to provide a certain reference for the development of my country’s construction industry.This paper studies the selection of subcontractors under the EPC mode of A company.It adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,and fuzzy evaluation method,combined with the theoretical basis of construction supply chain theory and subcontractor selection theory,and conducts targeted research.Under the current EPC model,the general contractor of the housing construction project rationally selects the subcontractor team,and optimizes the index of subcontractor selection and evaluation.From the perspective of the construction supply chain,the index selection and weight definition are carried out to solve the housing construction industry project.Provide certain reference and reference for the selection of subcontractors.The main conclusions drawn from this study are:(1)Combining the interview and investigation method,summarized the problems in the selection of subcontractors for housing construction projects under the EPC mode of A company,mainly related to the insufficient attention of the company management,the single solidification of subcontractor selection indicators,and the weight of subcontractor selection indicators The definition method is unscientific and the selection of subcontractors lacks dynamic supervision.(2)Determined the optimization system of subcontractor selection evaluation indicators,which are project management and control capabilities,cooperation compatibility,corporate reputation,financial capabilities,supply chain agility,and sustainable development;adopt an analytic hierarchy process,The weights of subcontractors ’ selection and evaluation optimization indicators are determined.The weights of contract performance rate,project quotation,quality management level,project completion rate on
