Research On The Influencing Factors To Promote Green Rural Housing And Countermeasure

In today’s increasingly shortage of global resources, construction of a green rural house which is adapt to the situation of "type energy-saving and ground-saving residential" in our country,realizing the sustainable development of residential construction, is particularly urgent to building a harmonious society. In view of the current housing energy conservation status in our country, the ministry and the ministry of industry issued by the implementation of green rural house construction notice which clearly require that accelerating the construction of green rural house which is "safe and practical, energy conservation and waste reduction, economic,beautiful, healthy and comfortable". With the rise and development of green building,more and more scholars use the knowledge of it into the rural residential construction,the research range from the green rural house technology,practical,evaluation and popularization.With the development of green building in JiangSu Province,it has been one of the leading enterprises in the national, and demand by 2015, all commercial housing and affordable housing will be green building.In this context,the construction of the green rural housing will be the next important objectives of green building in JiangSu Province.In this paper, based on this research background, the author study the current situation of rural housing construction in JiangSu province, analyzes the villager’s will of building green rural house,summed up the factors affecting the development of green farmhouse, and through the expert questionnaire survey to find out the keyfactors, summarizes the main countermeasures and suggestions.The first chapter is the introduction, introduce the background, significance, method and framework, and the innovations of this article;the second chapter is divided into three parts, the first summarizes domestic and foreign research present situation of green rural house and green building promote and carries on the review.In addition the author define the related concepts, explains what is the farmhouse, green building and green rural house,finally analysis related theories.The third chapter mainly is will to understand the present situation of green rural housing construction through investigation and research in JiangSu province, summarizes the farmhouse security and quality situation,the construction of economy, the architectural function and can use, analysis which may affect factors of promoting green the farmhouse by describing statistical.The fourth Chapter through expert questionnaires on external factors advance green rural housing scoring, to obtained the key factors by using principal component analysis.The fifth chapter we use Logistic regression analysis mode from the wishes of villagers building green rural housing,to obtained green rural housing advance internal factors.The sixth chapter is countermeasures of green rural housing advancing.We will give suggestion by the way of combining internal and external factors of affecting rural housing green advancing.
