Modern logistics warehouse is no longer a simple phase combined "logistics"and "warehouse", but is an important part of the modern logistics industry, which isessentially different from the traditional logistics warehouse. Modern logisticswarehouse has the characteristics of large-bodied, high floor, large area,multi-functional and multi-purpose, and it is a set of storage, entry boxes, packagingproduction warehouse, equipped with a variety of functions, the cargo area clear,traffic clear organization, as well as the rational layout of modern architecture. Largespan structures also need to consider the goods and convenient transportation, andshould withstand dynamic loads, so the quality of the project is crucial. If the qualityof the design is poor, and it will affect the design construction and use requirements,so it is necessary to strictly control the quality to embody the perfect design.FTL Company is a joint venture owned by Chinese-Japanese, and it mainlyproduces automobile shock absorber products. With the increase in market demand, the company production improved rapidly, and the annual output increased from1.2million to7million, and it is expected to reach12million by2015, so the existingwarehouse can not meet the need of turnaround and shipment of finished products.Therefore, the company decides to build a modern logistics warehouse covering anarea of7000square meters to meet the needs of current production and futuredevelopment. The project duration is short, with high quality requirements. Thereforein the implementation process of the project, it is critical to carry out a goodconstruction quality management.This paper precedes research on logistics warehouse construction project of FTLCompany, to choose quality management measures and build quality assurancesystem, by use of total quality management theory and method. Adhere to theprinciple of combining theory and practical application of project qualitymanagement, this paper analysis and compares the methods of construction qualitymanagement of logistics warehouse technology to optimize the combinationaccording to the actual situation of the project. Firstly, this paper introduces logisticswarehouse project in FTL Company, and proposes the goal of the project constructionquality, then select a project construction quality management methods. Secondly, weput forward construction planning and design for logistics warehouse project fromthree aspects of civil engineering, utilities and power engineering and fire safety. Thirdly, we propose construction quality management measures for logisticswarehouse project from four aspects of quality management plan, quality processcontrol, quality inspection and quality treatment. Fourthly, we introduce the basicconcepts of quality assurance, and elaborate on the establishment and operation of thelogistics warehouse project construction quality assurance system, and project qualityassurance measures. In the case of short duration and construction extremelyunfavorable conditions and environment, it is essential to ensure the quality ofprojects, to achieve the desired objectives and to meet the planning, designrequirements for the future development of FTL Company.
