Study On The Pattern And Effect Evaluation Of Water Resources Reasonable Allocation In Dalian

With the rapid development of social economy and the effects of global climate change, our country and the world are faced with the problem of water resources is more and more urgent challenge. To seek a new configuration mode in the limited water resources as much as possible to meet the increasing demand for water we have to find a water resources allocation for the city development mode, can not only ensure the water resource utilization efficiency, reasonable and sustainable, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources of the city, but also to speed up the pace of development of city development direction and clear the city.Urbanization in the city’s whole area, the new idea is put forward has make significant changes in Dalian’s industrial structure, economic and industrial structure adjustment will inevitably lead to the change of structure of water, whether the application effect of water resources allocation pattern to meet the strategic needs of the new city development has become our focus. In this paper, with the Dalian where based on serious water shortage as the research object, clear the city of Dalian city after the global economic situation of industrial structure, using the SWOT analysis method analyzing allocation of water resources in Dalian City advantages, disadvantages and external current conditions, opportunities and challenges, the factors were analyzed, for the future of water resources allocation the direction of. According to the water resources allocation in the direction the pattern of water resources sustainable, healthy development of Dalian City, then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of Dalian city after city urbanization is the implementation effect evaluation and analysis of the resource allocation scheme.(1) Analyzes the status quo of water resources in Dalian, discusses the system after the implementation of urbanization in the city’s whole area, the new concept of the social and economic status, and put forward the new requirements of the industrial structure and layout of water resources allocation.(2) Using the SWOT analysis method to determine the direction of water resources allocation.
