With the increasing number of private cars, the number of parking spaces is seriously insufficient. The development of high-efficiency and high-capacity automatic parking equipment is one of the main measures to solve the parking problem. As a large complex mechanical and electrical product, the design process of stereo garage includes structure, system construction, scheduling strategy design, performance analysis and many other aspects. The traditional design method of stereo garage is quite complex, and it is difficult to deal with the diversified market demand, while the modular design can effectively solve this problem. However, the modularization in traditional modular design is greatly affected by the modular structure of mature products,so it is difficult to achieve technical breakthrough in innovation. It is necessary to guide the modular design process with innovative design methods. In this paper, the modular design and scheduling performance of PXD stereo garage based on TRIZ theory are studied.Firstly, the research background and significance of this topic are introduced.Secondly, the discovery and solution strategy of physical and technical contradictions in TRIZ theory is applied to the simplification of functional module structure and the combination design between modules, and the design concept of spatial-temporal compressibility of complex electromechanical products is put forward. The innovation of modular design is improved by considering the module simplification from the perspective of time and space. Then, the structure and system of the stereo garage are constructed based on the design concept of spatial-temporal compressibility. This system has a modular structure of stacker and several storage units, and the setting of cache parking spaces reduces the waiting time of customers. On scheduling research, the design of the garage scheduling strategies are considered from the perspectives of garage operation and customer service experience. The scheduling strategy I,which aims to improve the overall efficiency of the garage, and the scheduling strategy II,which aims to reduce the waiting time of customers, are designed, and the time consumption of the process is expressed mathematically. In terms of performance research, the partial performance and stable performance of the two strategies are studied by combining process simulation and queuing theory, and the performance differences between the two strategies are compared,as well as the performance advantages of the garage are studied in this paper. The application of spatial-temporal compressibility design in stereo garage simplifiesthe design process and improves the operation efficiency while simplifying the garage structure. The design of scheduling strategies balances the operation efficiency of the garage with the customer's service experience.Combining process simulation and queuing theory, the performance of garage under different scheduling strategies and its changing trend are comprehensively analyzed. The research shows that this system has outstanding efficiency advantages over the existing garage system under the two strategies. There are 36 figures,25 tables and 102 references in this paper.
