| As urban basic and essential component factor, the urban land is the carrier of urban society and economy activity. The development of urban relies on the land utilization of space in the fixed region scope, and its fixed economic structure, social structure and the ecological structure is bound to reflect by way of the corresponding land-use structure, and a series of change of urban-land self function and expression form reflect the veins of urban development. But at present in most urban construction of our country, the unreasonable land-use questions are serious. Therefore, to acquire the land resources optimal economic, social and ecological effect and guarantee the urban sustainable development, optimizing and adjusting the space structure of urban land become very crucial.In this thesis, author spreads out evolution and optimization study of urban land use space structure in Jinan. In the course of study, taking computer, GIS and Date-base software as technical support platform, selecting related index and model, adopting perpendicular and horizontal view contrast and combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, discovering its evolution character, trend and mechanism, then implementing optimization study, putting forward measures and projects. Though the study, author hopes that it can provide the reasonable basis for the future Jinan' urban land planning, exploiting and managing work and the profitable reference about similar research for internal other cities. Full text chiefly includes following several aspects:At first part, the meaning and the purpose of thesis are firstly made clear, and then briefly review and sum up the present study theory and practice at home and abroad, and the study thought and thesis structure frame of full text.At second part, from the urban land's definition of connotation and signature analysis, evolution and optimization theory, study thought and technology route three aspects to spread out, providing theory foundation and the implementation basis for full text study.Third part mainly expatiate the background and present situation analysis about the land-use space structure in Jinan, among background analysis including three aspects which are natural environment, humanity and society-economy background, and the present situation analysis chiefly related the different land use quantity structure and space layout in Jinan city.The 4th part spreads out evolution study on macroscopic and microcosmic layer, and by the aid of GIS software, Excel and Fragstats3.3, surveying and statisticsing the data of urban land use under the different time and space scales in Jinan city, thoroughly data excavating, indicating the evolution characters:1) Macroscopic evolution characters: (1)the urban land use expansion presents space heterogeneity, and the extending trend in eastern and western direction is obvious; (2)the urban land use compaction index reduces, spatial diseconomy strengthens; (3)the urban land use expansion coefficient becomes small, expanding speed changes from excessively rapidness to insufficiency.2) Microcosmic evolution characters: (1)the urban land use diversity reduce from outside to inside, and land use function concentration trend strengthens; (2)the circle region distribution character of main land is obvious; (3)the main land appears the trend that grouping gathered, then the group dispersed in space layout.Following, deeply analyzing natural environments, socioeconomic and history culture three major driving factors; policy, market and society three major driving powers.
