| With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the regional land space is developing in disorder,and more ecological problems and rain-flood safety problems occur,such as the encroachment of ecological resources,the fragmentation of landscape,the reduction of habitat area,the blocking of important ecological corridors and surface runoff,and the degradation of ecological functions,etc.At present,the protection of the ecosystem is mainly by drawing the ecological protection red line,however,this protection method ignores the consideration of the ecological red line and the external connectivity,resulting in the fragmentation of ecological space,the lack of communication channels,and the difficulty in realizing ecological effects,etc,thus failing to realize the transformation of ecological protection strategies from point-like and unitary to netlike and diversified.Therefore,in order to scientific and reasonable solution to ecological problems and systematic ecological protection strategy,based on the theory of disturbance ecology,at the same time considering the biological process of migration and the rain flood safety and human disturbance factors,explore a kind of based on the ecological network and human network coupling method of building ecological network layout,guide classification grade ecological protection strategy formulation.This paper takes the area around Dong Ting Lake as the research area.Firstly,the landscape pattern index and spatial distribution characteristics of ecological red line area and ecological patch are analyzed.Secondly,respectively from the aspects of biological migration process,water ecological processes to build a biological migration of ecological network and the potential of rainwater ecological network,the former through the development based on the core of the ecological landscape connectivity evaluation ecological resistance source identification and the degree of relief surface modification,the path of least resistance simulation,the corridor importance evaluation analysis of gravity model;The latter is formed by hydrologic analysis,topographic humidity index and runoff intensity index.Thirdly,through coupling analysis of natural ecological network and artificial network,ecological key points and ecological disturbance points are identified,and then,a stable,functional and continuous ecological network pattern is constructed.Moreover,the structural optimization degree of ecological network is evaluated by means of acquired index,social-equity index and livelihood index.Finally,according to the levels and types of various elements in the coupled ecological network pattern,the ecological protection strategies of adding the existing ecological red line protection areas are formulated.The results show that,first,the ecological red line and ecological patches in the area around dongting lake are characterized by "fragmentation,uneven distribution and single diversity" to varying degrees,which are easily disturbed by external factors and make it difficult to exert ecological benefits.Secondly,the biological migration ecological network and the potential rain ecological network are constructed.The former is composed of two types of ecological patches(150),three types of biological migration corridors(110)and one type of ecological nodes(72).The latter is composed of two types of rainwater ecological patches(116),three types of potential rainwater corridors(93)and one type of rainwater ecological nodes(43),presenting the spatial distribution characteristics of "structural continuity,scattered penetration and structural ending".Third,the paper puts forward a kind of based on the ecological network and human network coupling system of ecological pattern of network building,by the tertiary integrated ecological plaque(262),three comprehensive ecological corridor(203),two kinds of ecological point(2019)and four types of ecological disturbance(27866),the alpha,beta,gamma index were 0.69,2.38 and 0.79,the biological potential of rainwater ecological migration and network has obvious improvement,ecological network can effectively make up for one class on the structure and function.After the fourth,in view of the coupling of ecological network pattern,combined with "subject-the implementation measures and guarantee mechanism" structure,put forward the "red line control node reserve area,corridor control area," the classification of the hierarchical control strategy,to ecological protection mode by dot,singlization to network,structural transformation. |
