| As the industry of logistics developing rapidly,automated warehouse emerged inour life recently. The related technology and equipments become the focus of our study.Basing on the requirement of the Logistics Center of Polytechnic School of ShenyangLigong University, this article states the research on mechanical structure and controlsystem design for stacker. The important of this thesis includes such aspects asfollowing:1) State the current study situation and developing trend of automated warehouseand stacker at home and abroad.2) According to the requirement of the logistics experimental center, define theperformance parameters and mechanical structure of the stacker and design the detailedparts by UG.3) Analysis on the static stiffness and modal of the stacker’s key parts by ANSYS,and provide optimized schemes for the structure of the fork and rack.4) Design and determine the control system of the stacker, then made softwaredesign for the control system.5) Design the Human Machine Interaction with MCGS according to the actualrequirement of the control system of the stacker.The stacker designed in this article has been installing, we tested it and it run well.It meets the performance of our school and can provide technical references for theconstruction of the automatic warehouse in Universities or medium and small-sizedenterprises. |
