Automatic space warehouse is the key to rationalize the logistic system. It has the advantages of high space using rate, managing automatically, closing an account of stocks'kinds and numbers, which makes sense to fasten logistic speed, improve producing rate, decrease producing cost. The automatic space warehouse has been used in the industries of motorcar, electronics, medicine, tobacco, building materials, posts and telecommunications now.Stacker is the most important delivering device, which influences the efficiency of making space warehouse meet the designing requirements and reflect the advantages. So studying the stacker's mechanical construction has important actual importance. The index of reflecting the functions of stackers are mainly operating speed, stablization, vibration and noises, addressing precision, uprising height, fork speed etc.At present, our country's stackers are at the level of 70s,their function indexs are low, operating speed is 800-1000 turns/min.uprising speed and fork speed are 6-25 m/min.In addition,as the low stacker's rigidity and none measures of damping, its vibration is heavy, its stablaztion is bad.The article bring forward the special method to optimalize designing which fits the stackers. The details as belows : 1,bring forward the designing plan of stacker's construction, use Pro-E to create the stacker's 3D mode.2,Export to ANSYS to create the stacker's finite element mode. Then analyze the distoration and stress distributing under restrict conditions and borderline conditions and carry post-processing.The innovation as follows:using mechanical static theory and dynamic theory to research the stacker, using ANSYS to do stacker's analysis,to supply the beneficial theory basis to designing high speed stacker.
