Study On The Optimizing Countermeasures For Traffic Organization Of Ji’nan Historical Urban Area

The historical urban area is the core area of the city structure,which is the tangible testimony of the city history and the concentration of the city public buildings and the tertiary industry. With the establishment of the ancient city of tourism, commercial and other functions, the protection of the historical area and tourism further development will bring more traffic demand. A large number of cultural relics, historical streets as planning cured restricts the improvement of traffic conditions. How to overcome the limitations of the traffic on the construction of hardware, the traffic organization optimization as a means to improve traffic conditions, guarantee the vitality of the ancient city of maintaining and enhancing the quality of the ancient city, is one of the many historic cities in the planning and construction of city, must face the problem. Aiming at the optimization of traffic organization of the historical urban area has the practical significance and theoretical value.This paper takes Ji’nan historical urban area as the research object,which is the central area of Jinan, bear the political, commercial, cultural and other functions, but also the historical and cultural protection area and the city tourist attractions, has a certain particularity, and the traffic organization is not used for district general city center. Based on the domestic and foreign research, the on-the-spot investigation in traffic organization of the ancient city of Ji’nan historical urban area from the area, traffic system and traffic characteristics of transport three layer, combined with theoretical analysis and raised the problems of traffic organization, and puts forward the optimization measures from three angles of transportation development strategy, traffic system and traffic management.This paper is divided into7parts. The first part, introduces the background, significance, scope, content, and research framework of the thesis; the second part, from the analysis of the domestic and international city city district traffic improvement experience, as a full theoretical support; the third part, analysis of traffic organization of the ancient city of Ji’nan city district characteristics and puts forward the existing problems; the fourth part, puts forward the Countermeasures of optimization level development strategy traffic; the fifth part, puts forward the Countermeasures of optimization level road transport system; the sixth part, author puts forward countermeasures to optimize the traffic management level; the seventh part, summary and the defects of the thesis.
