At present, energy shortages become the most common problems for the country among the world. With development of china economic, the consumption of energy grow rapidly. There is one enormous problem when consume energy. They waste huge energy and use energy inefficiency. People always depend on fossil fuels such as coal, oil. we pollute the environment while consuming energy. Seeking an efficient and environmental friendly and low-carbon way for energy utilization has important practical and long-term significances.This article expounds an construction energy management system in the Guangzhou industrial park. The industrial park will be integrated three directions of key technologies: green energy and energy saving, emission reduction and ecological, intelligent monitoring and management. It is an eco-energy application and engineering demonstration.First of all, we build network architecture of the campus energy consumption monitoring system, data center and the remote data acquisition system. We use SQL Server2008as the database of energy consumption. iFIX is used to build a real-time energy consumption data acquisition system. With Delphi2010,we develop an energy management system. we initiate the building energy system with real-time monitoring and acquisition data, and energy consumption data management and analysis system.Secondly, Park integrate photovoltaic systems into energy management system. The system monitor generated energy and state of real-time of power generating state. After that, we install the anti reflux device. It can ensure local load consume the electricity of photovoltaic grid system, and do not reverse transmission to the superior power grid. Achieve the goal of the grid demand side. For energy consumption equipment in the park including low voltage power supply, lighting system, air conditioning system, elevator system and so on, we installed the monitoring module. Real-time energy consumption data transmit to monitoring host through the fieldbus. Central station display energy consumption trend and storage data to SQL Server databases. For the end of the air conditioning fan and office lighting, When realizing effect of cooling and lighting, we pay attention to the convenience and security of the management operation. It can realize remote control, change automatic control according to the environment and have function of timing control.Finally, using the obtained data, we analyzed the central air conditioning unit energy consumption of operation and standby. By Controlling the unit of the standby mode, we reduce energy consumption; At the same time we forecast the energy consumption of air conditioning unit. The purpose is make a photovoltaic power generation plan and circuit maintenance plan; We detail the implementation process of park building energy consumption management platform, including the choice of software system structure, software development tools, as well as the detailed function development system.Through the application of new energy and the use of the energy management system, we reduce the office buildings energy consumption from several aspects and realize the goal that build a model park with green energy utilization, intelligent monitoring and management system.
