With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country, CTCS-3train control system is the key to ensure the speed of350Km/h in the passenger railway line. CTCS-3train control system has stablished a semi-physical simulationplatform and accurately simulate the train control system in all levels of functional structure according to the independent innovation of CTCS-3train control system forhigh safety and high reliability requirements. Realize the verification analysis of the core technology in the train control system, it is necessary totest and analysis of the train control system,as well as the environmental simulation and fault analysisand other functions.Interlocking system is one of the key systems in CTCS-3train control system, as an important component in semi-physical simulationplatform in CTCS-3train control system. This paper designed and developed an interlocking interface platform which used for accessing to CTCS-3simulation platform. Mainly solve the problems of information exchange and data security transmission between interlock systemand semi-physical simulationplatform in CTCS-3Train Control System. This paper focus mainly in the following two aspects:1. Analyze the overall structure and design principles of the CTCS-3semi-physical simulationplatform; analyzethe messaging mechanism and event scheduling process in CTCS-3semi-physical simulationplatform. The article analyzed thecommunication process between the overall structure of the interlocking system and Train Control Center(TCC), and with Radio Block Center(RBC).The paper designs the message mechanism between interlocking system and interlockingagent, the design has solved the problem of information security transmission between the CTCS-3semi-physical simulation platform and the interlock system.2. This paper implements the interface which used for DS6-K5B interlocking physical deviceaccess to the CTCS-3semi-physical simulation platform.In order to test and verify the interfaceaccess to the simulation platform, the paper has designedthe general structure of the interlocking physical and implements theinformation interactionbetweeninterlocking physical and simulation platform. At last,the paper has realized the communication between interlocking physical and other systems through the analysis of the physical communication protocol.
