The metro generally take an important role in public transport in the city. The metro station is an enclosed and crowded place, therefore, the passengers evacuation is easily affected by the fixed facilities, the space environment and flow density. The metro faced a huge problem because it always occurs with a massive passenger flow. At the same time, the massive passenger flow may create the emergency accidents, and even endanger the passengers’ safety.Based on the backgrounds, this paper analyzes the related research at home and abroad, proposes the basic concept of large scale passengers according to the growth trend of passenger flow, analyzes the reasons that cause the large scale passengers and the main factors influencing the evacuation of large scale passenger flow. Then this paper establishes the metrics on the basis of evacuation time. In the research of bottleneck identification, this paper summaries the classification and characteristics of evacuation bottleneck, puts forward the evacuation time calculation and identification method of large scale passengers’ evacuation bottleneck, which lays a foundation for determining the evaluation of large scale passengers’ identification. In the study of large scale passengers’ identification, based on the fuzzy characteristics of the passenger flow state recognition, this paper uses the fuzzy theory to fuzzy clustering analyzing the evaluation factors to achieve the fuzzy identification of large scale passengers. Finally use the survey date and matlab software completing the case analysis.In conclusion, this paper starts from identifying the large scale passengers’ evacuation bottleneck to fuzzy identifying the large scale passengers in order to achieve the early warning then proposes some corresponding evacuation measures in the view of the influence factors of evacuation.
