In Practice, identification of the species and determination the chemical composition of its content often were used by the spectrum, spectral analysis has its own huge advantage for some research objectives, which could not been damaged it orbeen contacted directly. It is difficult to use other instruments to complete the experiment. Therefore, we can try to use the spectrum to solve the problem.In optical analytical instruments,the mono-chromator has important applications in practice. Atomic internal motion of electrons can produced light the internal electron motion that is not same with the species, which was resulted in a different light area. Polychromatic light could beenseparated by mono-chromator, monochrome spectrumdo spectral analysis and measurement through the absorption spectra, so the mono-chromator is widely used in the field of scientific research and teaching. The conventional mono-chromator could not meet the transient analysis requirement of the whole process because its volume is relatively enormous, and has the complex structure of the system, only once each time the measurement of the wavelength. The wavelength adjustment requires very precise spectrum of sinusoidal scanning mechanism, the device is notconvenient to maneuver, and easily damaged. The flat-field concaveholographic grating, designing of the MPS-CCD Driver image acquisition module and programmable intelligent TFT LCD Module advantage were considered in the paper, On this basis, the program could use the flat field concave holographic grating as a spectral element separation of the light wave, the flat field concave holographic grating both focus and spectroscopic role, but also for aberration correction.The Spectrophotometric partswere subtracted by a large number of optical devices, so that the systemof structure havegreatly streamlining. The MPS-CCD Driver image acquisition module internal integration of the linear CCD sensor-driven acquisition unit and SPI bus communication interface, when the system was used, further signal acquisition part of the hardware circuit design, greatly reduces the difficulty of system design. Programmable intelligent TFT LCD module contains the drive and backlit TFT LCD related circuit module amplifier intelligent TFT LCD Graphics Controller Cards, and uses a three-wire serial communication interface, simple and flexible been controlled.The optical path of the debugging MCU control procedures for the preparation, and the MPS-CCD Driver image acquisition module and programmable intelligent TFT LCD module debugging has been completed, and then to combine the two and complete debugging.Finally, the various modules were contacted and made into the machine, and the scaling.
