The dry the root of Chelidonium majus L. were extracted with EtOH, after filtration andconcentrate. Preparation extract were dispersed with water, the water suspension was re-extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol, which of the percentageaccounted for the grass of Portulaca oleracea L.extractive are0.64%、0.38%and0.2%. Thepetroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol extractive were isolated by columnchromatography and purified by HPLC. By spectral properties and the literatures of theirstructures were identified: As the results, ten compounds, namely, Chelidonie (1),6-methoxy-dihydrosanguinarine (2),5,6-dihydr o-sangu-inearine (3), linoleic acid (4),Tetrahydrocoptisine (5),5,6-dihydrochelerythrine (6), Sanguidimerine (7), Coptisine (8),α-spinasterol (9), β-sitosterol (10). Compounds9、10were isolated from this plant for the firsttimeThe activity of the Cucumber Angle spot bacteria, Cucumber fusarium oxysporium,Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthe grisea fusarium oxysporium, Fusarium oxyspirum niveumand Tomato downy mildew disease germs have been tested with Rosemary, Artemisia apiacea,Salix viminalis, Artemisia sieversiana and Artemisia capillaries. Rosemary ethanol extract hasbacteriostatic action on Cucumber fusarium oxysporium, Magnaporthe grisea fusariumoxysporium, Tomato downy mildew disease germs and the rate of antibacterial can reach100%when concentration for no less than5mg/mL. Artemisia apiacea ethanol extract hasbacteriostatic action on Cucumber Angle spot bacteria, Cucumber fusarium oxysporium,Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthe grisea fusarium oxysporium, Fusarium oxyspirum niveumand Tomato downy mildew disease germs. Artemisia capillaris ethanol extract hasbacteriostatic action on Cucumber fusarium oxysporium, Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthegrisea fusarium oxysporium and Fusarium oxyspirum niveum.
