| In this study,a certain proportion of Artemisia annua L.powder was added to the commercial diet of rabbits to replace alfalfa meal,so as to save the feed cost without affecting the production performance of rabbits.The nutritional composition,feeding value and application effect of Artemisia annua L.powder were determined by feeding test,digestion and metabolism test,chemical analysis,set algorithm and other methods.The effects ofArtemisia annua L.powder on the growth of rabbits were studied by feeding experiment and digestion and metabolism experiment.The contents of total energy,dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,neutral washing fiber,acid washing fiber,lignin,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus in artemisia annul powder were 15.85 mj /Kg,92.27%,12.46%,2.82%,24.88%,42.61%,32.43%,4.27%,8.20%,0.83%,0.55%,respectively.Artemisia annua L.powder can digestion,dry matter of digestible,digestible crude protein and digestible crude fat,digestible crude fiber,digestible neutral detergent fiber,acid washing digestible fiber,digestible lignin,digestible crude ash,digestible calcium and digestible phosphorus in 6.68 MJ/Kg,40.98%,5.46%,6.64%,4.26%,12.86%,5.55%,1.72%,1.52%,0.8912%,0.1250%.In the experiment,200 36-day weaning rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups(50 rabbits in each group and one rabbit in each repeat),and Artemisia annua L.powder was fed with 0,4%,8% and 12% of the added dose respectively.Single factor design was adopted.The preliminary experiment lasted for 7d,the formal experiment lasted for 35 d,and the metabolic experiment lasted for 3d.The experimental results were as follows:The effects of dietary Artemisia annua L.powder on average daily gain,feed weight ratio,premortem live weight,total net dose rate and semi-net dose rate were not significant(P>0.05).It had a significant effect on average daily gain(P<0.01).There was no significant effect on dry matter,crude fiber,crude protein,neutral washing fiber and lignin(P>0.05).Apparent digestible fat,apparent digestible acid washing fiber(P<0.05),apparent digestible coarse ash,apparent digestible calcium and phosphorus had significant or very significant effects(P<0.01),but Artemisia annua L.powder added to the diet had a tendency to reduce the apparent digestibility.The level of Artemisia annua L.powder in the diet had a significant effect on the dorsal lumbar muscle shadow and its ratio(P<0.05),and had a significant effect on thebrightness and yellowness of muscles(P<0.01).The addition of Artemisia annua L.powder to the diet had a significant effect on the weight and index of the small sacs(P<0.05),but other immune organs and their indexes had no significant effect(P>0.05).The addition of Artemisia annua L.powder had no significant effect on the length of the small intestine and cecum(P>0.05),but showed a tendency to reduce the length of each intestinal segment.The effect of Artemisia annua L.powder on stomach and its relative volume was not significant.The addition of Artemisia annua L.powder to the diet had no significant effect on the depth of the small intestinal crypt(P>0.05),but the increase in the length of the small intestinal villi led to an increase in its ratio,which had a very significant effect on the ileum villi/crypt ratio(P<0.01).The addition of Artemisia annua L.powder had a significant effect on intestinal immune barrier and expression of immune factors,but when the amount reached 12%,it had an inhibitory effect on a variety of immune factors.The addition of Artemisia annua L.powder to the diet had a very significant effect on the total concentration of VFA,nh3-n,propionic acid concentration and cecal PH value(P<0.01).The addition level of Artemisia annua L.powder had a significant effect on the concentration of acetic acid produced by cecal fermentation(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the concentration of butyric acid. |
