For different cultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium in differentecological conditions performance of different ecological adaptability, in this experiment, sixcultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium were used to study the growth,physiological characteristics and isozymes in three planting regions for providing theoreticalbasis for the field cultivation and research of ecological adaptability, using the fieldexperiments and laboratory analysis. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Along with the advancement of growth period, in different planting regions, the dynamicchange trend of growth potential in six cultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifoliumshowed "S" type, in Oct.25th reached the maximum value;and the growth extent all showedthe differences between various cultivars.This can reflect differences of characteristics and theability of protective performance to resist environment. In the different regions, Dayangju allshowed superiority in growth potential and physiological resistance.2. Along with the advancement of growth period, in different planting regions, the dynamicchange trend of the soluble protein, SOD activity, CAT activity and POD activity(expectLuanchuan) in six cultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium showed increased firstlyand then decreased, in Sep.25th reached the highest value;and the growth extent all showedthe differences between various cultivars.This can reflect differences of characteristics and theability of protective performance to resist environment.3. Dayangju and Xiaoyangju all showed superiority in growth potential and physiologicalresistance, and they were suitable for cultivation in science and education park; Dayangju andGongju all showed superiority in growth potential and physiological resistance, and they wereall suitable for cultivation in Xinan and Luanchuan county of Luoyang.4.9SOD bands and6POD bands were respectively obtained in different growth stages,4SOD bands and2POD bands were same during them. August is the best period to analyseSOD isozyme. Use the isozyme can identify the difference between cultivars.
