The soil is human survival and development of the most basic material baseof, is all the most basic source material production. And cultivated land is the essenceof the soil, is the most basic of agricultural production material, so the quality andquantity of cultivated land resources have a direct impact on the efficiency ofagricultural production, and related to agriculture and the sustainable development ofsociety. The cultivated land fertility is to point to in the current management level, thesoil itself characteristics, natural conditions and infrastructure level of comprehensiveconstitute factors of cultivated land production ability. Henan agricultural productionpractice in many years in accumulate relevant land use status, and cultivated landfertility test, farming management mass agricultural production base material, but, atthe moment the material still taking the traditional paper management way, not onlymanagement difficult to use, and can’t carry on the information space analysis andmultivariate analysis of the composite information, to meet modern agriculturedevelopment and fine fertilization need, how to make full use of the existinginformation data mining in the service of agricultural production county, theestablishment of an information modern agricultural production of fine farmingmanagement system is the agricultural production problems to be solved.Based on the geographic information system (GIS) and the second generalsurvey soil, overlaying the current landuse map with the basic farmland protectionmap and the soil map,forming7609patches,which are used as the basic managementand evaluation cells. This research selected seven influencing factors from threeaspects such as soil nutrient content, profile situation and land management, and theevaluation system and model of farmland fertility was built up.The grade of arableland productivity was formed according to the theory of Fuzzy Mathematics,TelphiPrinciple and Analytic Hierarchy Program, and the farmland fertility of the countyand analysis of its spatial distribution were evaluated. The results suggest that90319.89hm2farmlands could be divided into five grades, the grade one was3612.68hm2。the grade two was15856.61hm2,the grade three was31795.51hm2,the gradefour was29261.32hm2and the grade five was9793.77hm2,the fertility of grade oneto five account for4%,17.56%,35.2%,32.4%,10.84%respectively....
