In recent years, due to the large number of unreasonable reference to surface water irrigation, the plain area most soils serious salinization, a significant reduction in inflow of Bosten Lake water, a lot of farmland drainage spilled into the Bosten Lake at the southeast of the basin, resulting in increased lake salinity, Lakes ecological environment deterioration. Therefore, the sustainable exploitation of groundwater has important significance for solving the problems of ecological environment around the Yanqi Basin.21st century information age has arrived, so the use of the advantages of GIS spatial data management and analysis, the development of a processing map information, manage a large number of spatial data, functional, practical information management and analysis system for the exploitation of groundwater reference value. Yanqi Basin groundwater monitoring data, to rational use of groundwater and groundwater information management and analysis for the study objectives, purpose is to design the system can play a certain positive role to help to help managers rational management and rational use of groundwater.System access at home and abroad and groundwater-related literature, and careful analysis of domestic groundwater information management system design principles, methods, processes, etc. On this basis, combined with the Yanqi Basin study area location and groundwater informationcharacteristics, use the SuperMap Objects5.2combined with the development of object-oriented programming language C#and components, the development of the Yanqi Basin groundwater information management and analysis system, the system developed a seamless system integration, the program runningoccupy a relatively small memory, the system is simple, fully functional, and relatively low development costs, data confidentiality (data management privileges are divided into a super administrator, system operator, the ordinary visitor), elegant interface with a human facedesign, user-friendly operation, the development process, the main development tool Visual Studio2008, SQL Server2000, Crystal Report, MS Chart controls and so on.
