| Material of54representative tobacco samples of the18tobacco producingvillages and towns in Xuyong, Gulin, Luzhou city, Sichuan Province were taken, the Luzhouflue-cured tobacco quality regionalization and its regional characteristics were analyzed withthe methods of descriptive statistical analysis, discriminant analysis, multiple comparisons,partial least squares regression modeling, clustering combined with the findings of theindustrial enterprises, and tobacco quality condition and production level in different smalltowns were comprehensive surved based on the tobacco leaf into the cigarette price categoryof tobacco. The main conclusions were as follows:1Overall state analysis of tobacco quality in LuzhouState of tobacco appearance quality: indicator scores of cutter leaves were highest,followed by indicator scores of upper leaves was lower, followed by indicator scores oflower stalk position. Indicators scores of soil, chroma, chromatic aberration was lower thanother indicators, which influenced improvement of tobacco appearance qualityState of tobacco physical characteristics: Tensile strength, the weight of single leaf,leaf specific weight, thickness increased with stalks elevated, but difference among threestalk was small, filling power decreased with stalks elevated, stem ratio was higher in lowerstalk, the equilibrium moisture content was highest among three stalks; the indictors of stemratio, the weight of single leaf, filling power, thickness in lower stalk, stem ratio, the weightof single leaf, filling power in cutter stalk, filling power, the equilibrium moisture content inupper stalk was dispersive, others were concentrated.State of tobacco chemical components: the content of nicotine, total nitrogen, totalsugar, reducing sugar increased with stalks elevated; the content of potassium decreasedwith stalks elevated, the content of chlorine, starch in cutter was highest, the content ofpotassium, total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar in lower stalk, chlorine, potassium,total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar, starch in cutter stalk, nicotine, potassium, totalnitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar was dispersive, others were concentrated.State of tobacco neutral aroma components: products content of phenylalanine,Carotenoids degradation products increased with stalks elevated, the contents of browningreaction, cembratriendid compounds in cutter leaves was highest, followed by upper leaves,lower leaves was lowest; the contents of neophytadiene was highest, followed by lowerleaves, upper leaves was lowest; products content of phenylalanine, Carotenoids degradation products, carotenoids in lower leaves, cembranoids in cutter leaves, carotenoids in upperleaves was dispersive.State of tobacco sensory characteristics: the indictors score of smoking aroma quality,concentration of aroma, consistency, mixed gas, smoking strength, ash color in cutter leaveswas highest, followed by the indictors score in upper leaves, the indictors score in lowerleaves was lowest, indictor score of aftertaste, flammability in upper leaves was highest,followed by the indictors score in cutter leaves, the indictors score in lower leaves waslowest, coefficient of variation of indictors in cutter leaves was smallest, coefficient ofvariation of indictors in lowest leaves was largest, consistency, mixed gas, smoking strength,offensive odor, aftertaste in lower leaves, smoking strength, aftertaste, flammability, ashcolor in cutter leaves in Luzhou tobacco-growing area was dispersive, others wereconcentrated.2The quality of tobacco leaves (cutter leaves) regional characteristicsAccording to the types of tobacco into the cigarette, the cutter leaves were dividedinto pairs of Shuangsha, Moni which mainly entered one-two types price of cigarettes;Jinxing, Longshan, Guanwen, Dazhai, ShuiKou, Hujia, Guanxing, Macheng, Yingshan,Chishui, Houshan, Fenshui was divided into two categories which mainly entered intotwo-three types price of cigarettes; Shibao, Jiancao, Shuiliao was divided into three classeswhich mainly entered three types price of cigarettes.Distinguish effect of appearance quality, physical characteristics, chemicalcomponents, neutral aroma components, sensory characteristics in different areas were good,but definite confine not exist. The higher the indicators score of indictors of tobaccoappearance quality, the higher into the cigarette category. Classification result was mainlyaffected by weight of leaf structure, body, chromatic aberration. The appearance qualitycharacteristics of the class1regional: structure score of9.94, the body score of9.70,chromatic aberration score of8.01, followed by class2regional, third categories of overallscore was lower than Category2.Classification result was mainly affected by tensile strength, the weight of single leafof physical characteristics. The physical characteristics characteristics of the class1regional:tensile strength was125.77±0.23cN/mm2, the weight of single leaf was13.15±0.07g g;tensile strength was larger than class2, the weight of single leaf was about12.6±2.71g,tensile strength, the weight of single leaf was smallest.Classification result was mainly affected by potassium, total nitrogen. The chemicalcomponents characteristics of the class1regional: potassium was about2.20%, totalnitrogen was2.50±0.25%, class2regional: potassium was1.78±0.43%, total nitrogen was about2.11±0.61%, class3regional: potassium was1.60±0.42%, total nitrogen was about2.00±0.096%.Classification result was mainly affected by6-methyl-5-heptene-2-ol, hyacinthin,dihydroactinidiolide, furfuryl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol,2-acetyl pyrrole,4-vinyl-2-methoxy phenol, phenylcarbinol, the order of contents of aroma constituents was class1>class2> class3.Classification result was mainly affected by smoking strength, aftertaste, ash color.The sensory characteristics characteristics of the class1regional: smoking strength score of7.41, aftertaste score of6.47, ash color score of7.00ï¼›class2regional: smoking strengthscore of6.25±0.22, aftertaste score of6.41±0.13, ash color score of6.86±0.05ï¼›class3regional: smoking strength score of6.80±0.12, aftertaste score of6.26±0.07, ash colorscore of6.67±0.14.3Tobacco comprehensive regionalization in LuzhouAssignment weighted according to leaf into the cigarette price category in differentstalks of tobacco. The average score of class â… including Moni, Shuangsha, Macheng, Hele,Longshan was69.20; The average score of class â…¡ including Shuikou, Guanxing, Yingshan,Guanwen, was61.50; The average score of class â…¢ including Jinxing, Hujia, Chishui,Dazhai,Houshan, Fenshui, Shibao, Shuiliao, Jiancao was61.50. The result showed that scoreof different stalks in Moni, Shuangsha, Macheng, Hele, Longshan was highest, and theseareas was at a higher production level; Shuikou, Guanxing, Yingshan, Guanwen was in themiddle grades; composite score of Jinxing, Hujia, Chishui, Dazhai,Houshan, Fenshui,Shibao, Shuiliao, Jiancao was low. |
