The genetic diversity of Henan province local goat breeds ecological type wasstudied using microsatellite makers, for identifying the genetic variation of Henanprovince local goat breeds at the molecular level, to determine the ecological typegenetic differences of different local goat breeds and same goat breed in Henanprovince, for providing the basic dada and theoretical basis about the protection,development and utilize of Henan province local goat breed resources. The result asfollow:1. The study of ecological type to the south-north type of Funiu White goat.Results show that212alleles were detected, with a mean of11.78in the north type ofFuniu White goat;168alleles were detected, with a mean of9.33in the south type ofFuniu White goat, it is significant difference between south and north types. The PICof north type is1.51%higher than the south type, it is significant difference betweensouth and north types(p<0.05); the average heterozygosity is not significantdifference between south and north types(p>0.05); the average Na is very significantdifference between south and north types(p<0.01). The studies show that the geneticvariability of18microsatellite loci are high in the south-north type of Funiu Whitegoat, it has some differences between them, and the north type of Funiu White goatgenetic diversity is higher. By the role of artificial selection and natural selection, thegenetic structure has chanced a large variation, formed different goat breedsecological types.2. The analysis and comparison of the microsatellite genetic diversity in Taihangblack goat and Jiyuan local goat. Results show that154alleles were detected, with amean of8.56in the Taihang black goat;173alleles were detected, with a mean of9.61in the south type of Jiyuan local goat, the allele frequencies of17loci are verysignificant difference between Taihang black goat and Jiyuan local goat (p<0.01),except BMS1724locis. The PIC is significant difference between Taihang black goatand Jiyuan local goat(p<0.05); the average heterozygosity and average Na are verysignificant difference between Taihang black goat and Jiyuan local goat(p<0.01). Tosum up considers Jiyuan local goats is not Taihang black goat. 3. The study of Huai goat ecological type in the center region and the edgeregion. Results show that160alleles were detected, with a mean of8.83in theZhoukou Huai goat;177alleles were detected, with a mean of9.83in the Xixian Huaigoat,170alleles were detected, with a mean of9.44in the Taiqian Huai goat, it hasobvious difference between two different regions; the Ho is significant differencebetween Zhoukou and Xixian Huai goat(p<0.05), and the Ho is very significantdifference between Zhoukou and Taiqian Huai goat(p<0.01); the PIC and Ne aresignificant difference between Zhoukou and Xixian Huai goat(p<0.05); the Na isvery significant difference between Zhoukou and Xixian Huai goat(p<0.01), and theNa is significant difference between Zhoukou and Taiqian Huai goat(p<0.05). Thestudies show that center region Huai goats germplasm resources keep the abundantgenetic diversity, but is lower than the edge region Huai goats, and the geneticstructure has some differences between them, the Huai goats formed different goatbreeds ecological types in the center region and the edge region.
