| With the rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding industry and the transformationof the breeding type, the influence degree of the farms economic loss caused by animal epidemicswere also increasing. So the prevention works of animal epidemic was particularly important.After the animal epidemic situation happened, grassroots farms could timely report to supervisingagencies of animal epidemic prevention, this was basis. Aiming at this situation, we developed theanimal epidemic situation data reporting system, this system mainly included the farm information,breeding management situation, immune situation, animal epidemic situation, stress factors ofcausing animal epidemics, animal foci analysis, data query, statistical reports and usermanagement module, etc.Through analyzing and understanding the cause of animal disease could happened and theoccurrence rules of animal epidemics, the subject of study began from the angle of animalepidemiological investigation, then applied modern computer technology to the animal epidemicsituation reporting work of the grass-roots farm. This research adopted the model of client/Server(C/S) as the architecture of this system and used the advanced Visual Studio2008of Microsoft asthe second development platform of animal epidemic situation reporting system. This system usedC#of NET Framework3.5as development language and SQL Server2008as database Server. Wedesigned six epidemic reporting modules from the angle of animal epidemiology. Throughinputting the information, the farms finally reached the purpose of reporting the animal epidemicsituation. Specific contents as follows:1) The system has achieved the function which the supervisory agency for animal epidemiccould acquire the basic information from the grassroots farms. The function was advantageous tolocate the farms where animal epidemic happened on for the supervising agency. The systemprovided data reference for auxiliary decision making for the supervising agency of animalepidemic disease.2) After finding out the animal epidemic, grassroots farms could timely report the epidemicdata to supervising agencies for animal epidemic through the system, so as to help governmentdepartments to make the animal disease prevention and control measures quickly. Throughbreeding management of farms, immune situation, animal epidemic situation, the stress factors,other related information of animal disease, the system provides aided decision to supervisingagencies of animal epidemic disease. 3) Through computer application technology, the system made the requirements of epidemicdata reporting modular and standard. At the same time this system made the workflow of epidemicsituation data submitting standardization too. Veterinary management agencies could real-timetrack the work progress of data reporting as also. At the same time, through contrasting timelyepidemic data with historical data. To a certain extent, this system ensured the accuracy of the datareport. Each functional module of the system was relatively independent, this was convenient tostatistic and analyze the outbreak data for supervising agencies of animal epidemic. Through thelinks between the data table and the background database of system, this system avoided therepetition of inputting the data.The development of this system combined related situations of animal epidemiologicalinvestigation with the reality of the grassroots farms, tried to make the system easily to be operatedand grasped. The system was convenient to timely grasp the basic farms’ disease information forgovernment supervising agencies of animal epidemic disease and was advantageous for thegrassroots farms to acquire the animal epidemic information timely, thus made it easily for users toperform the measures of prevention and control. |
