The Protective Effects Of Ethanol Extractive From Gentiana Straminea Maxim.on Acute Gastric Mucosal Injury In Rats

Objective To discuss the protective effects of ethanol extractive from Gentianastraminea Maxim. on acute gastric mucosal injury in rats and the mechanism of it. Methods60Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,Chinese medicine controlgroup,Western medicine control group and the Ehanol Extractive from Gentiana stramineaMaxim. low dose group and high dose group.Continuous intragastric (Ig) was administered for7days,by75%alcohol induced acute gastric mucosal injury model rats.Detected the gastricmucosal ulcer index (UI) and the superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA), tumornecrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) level in serum in all the rats, and observered pathology of theinjury gastric mucosa.
