The Expression Of DLL4, Hpa In Esophageal Cancer And Its Relationship To MVD

Objective To investigate the expression of DLL4, Hpa、MVD(micro vessel density) distribution in esophageal cancer(EA) and the correlation among DLL4, Hpa and MVD.Methods pathological samples of esophageal cancer patients after surgery from2010.1to2011.6were selected. Then DLL4, Hpa expression、MVD distribution were analyzed in different stage retrospectively, further more, analyze the correlation of DLL4, Hpa expression to MVD.Results1. The positive expression cases of DLL4, Hpa and distribution of MVD were89.2%(116/130),74.6%(97/130) and86.2%(112/130) in order.2. DLL4、Hpa positive expression did not correlated to TNM stage (DLL4:χ2=12.253;P=0.052),(Hpa:χ2=4.999P=0.544). But the distribution of MVD correlated to TNM stage of EA (χ2=23.707, P=0.001)3. The positive expression of DLL4、Hpa also correlated to Distribution of MVD respectively (DLL4:χ2=72.94, r=0.6;Hpa: χ2=74.92r=0.6)Conclusions DLL4and Hpa express in all stages of EA and do not correlated to to TNM staging, but the expression of DLL4and Hpa may take more important role in development of MVD in EA...
