Objective:To evaluate kidney deficiency syndrome in postmenopausal women with MTHFR gene polymorphism in internal relations. Methods: Referenced by Deng TieTao-《Diagnostics of Chinese Medicine》,and 《Kidney deficiency syndrome differentiation factor grade standard of judgment and operation research》 by Yan ShiLin 《National standards of Syndrome Clinic》《Guiding principle of clinical research on new drugs of traditional Chinese Medicine》、《Deficiency syndrome of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Standard》, And this study is closely related to the literature, combined with clinical experience, compiled into renal syndrome of kidney deficiency syndrome questionnaire, to determine the factors and its qualitative and quantitative standards rules,In2010February to2010October in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in the cadre examination and Chinese medicine out-patient, selecting the targets for ages50to70years old, and havel to20years in Nanning city resident women, to meet the requirements of the object of kidney deficiency syndrome questionnaire, and the survey results classification,In100randomly selected patients with postmenopausal women for deficiency of kidney deficiency of the kidney is divided into observation group, senile disease group (hereinafter referred to as the elderly kidney group) in50patients,18patients with hypertension, diabetes17cases,15cases of coronary heart disease; without the common, multiple disease of old age group (hereinafter referred to as the deficiency of the kidney in50cases, simple group) a normal control group of50cases, Use of polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique were used to detect the research object of the MTHFR genotype and allele frequency. Statistical methods:the object of study of kidney deficiency syndrome and symptom classification statistics, analysis of the observation group and the control group in genotype, allele frequency distribution characteristics, comparing the groups of genotype frequencies and in postmenopausal women with kidney deficiency and common senile disease. Results:MTHFR genetic testing results and statistical analysis are as follows:(1) normal controls the detection of three genotypes:CC, CT, TT, frequency is respectively54%,32%,14%; in the observation group the case group were also detectable in three genotypes: CC, CT, TT, for which simple kidney group each genotype frequency respectively38%,40%,22%, disease of kidney deficiency group each genotype frequencies were24%,50%,26%. Cases of herpes kidney group, with CT gene type was the most, followed by the CC genotype; cases of disease of kidney deficiency group, with CT gene type was the most, followed by TT genotypes. In the control group, the MTHFR allele gene frequency of C, T respectively70.00%,30.00%, deficiency of the kidney in simple group, C, T allele gene frequency respectively58.00%,42.00%, deficiency of the kidney in disease group,C,T allele gene frequency respectively49.00,%51.00%.(2) simple kidney deficiency, kidney deficiency disease group and normal control group group group MTHFR C677T genotype frequency and allele frequencies compared to the case group, MTHFR C677T CT genotype and T allele frequency was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). Simple kidney disease kidney deficiency group and group of genotype and gene frequency between groups, disease of kidney deficiency group of CT genotype and T allele frequencies higher than that of simple kidney group, the difference was significant (P<0.01).(3) the T allele is associated with kidney deficiency in the relative risk of the incidence of (OR)2.593>1.(4) of50cases of kidney deficiency group, mild kidney for the number27, moderate kidney to19the number of people with severe deficiency of the kidney, the fewest number, only4people;50cases of diseases of kidney deficiency group, mild kidney for the number10, moderate kidney for the number23, and severe deficiency of the kidney for the number17, differences there was significant,(P<0.05), kidney deficiency of kidney disease group is higher than that of simple kidney group.(5) simple kidney disease kidney deficiency group, group level number and MTHFR T allele frequency correlation exists between: moderate kidney deficiency, severe kidney number and MTHFR T allele frequencies are highly positive correlation; mild kidney number and MTHFR T allele frequency was positively related to the case, in each group, deficiency of the kidney level number and MTHFR C allele frequency was negatively correlated with MTHFR, T allele frequencies and allele frequency between C is also negatively related.ConcIusion:(1) the MTHFR allele T in postmenopausal women with kidney deficiency is closely related to elevated T, MTHFR allele, kidney deficiency is, MTHFR T allele frequency may be elevated in postmenopausal women with kidney deficiency syndrome risk factor.(2) MTHFR T allele frequency and kidney deficiency degree there is a correlation between elevated T, MTHFR allele, kidney deficiency degree is significantly heavier, MTHFR T allele frequency increased and by kidney deficiency for the development of senile diseases have significant correlation, MTHFR gene mutation may be involved in kidney development into Alzheimer disease pathogenesis.
