Objective:To explore the separation and determination of water-soluble active components in Danhong injection by high performance capillary electrophoresis analysis techniqueMethod:50mmol/L phosphate bufer, pH7.2, working voltage at15kV, temperature at25℃were used. Capillary electrophoresis was performed using a uncoated fused-silica capillary whose length is48.5cm and efective column length is40cm. Diode array detection was set at210nm. Water-soluble active ingredients, procatechuic aldehyde, Danshensu and procatechuic acid in Danhong injection electrophoresis were analyzed under the optimization of the electrophoretic separation conditions. The linear of those three compounds, detection limits and reproducibility of the method were studied.Conclusion:High performance capillary electrophoresis method is suitable for quantitative analysis of Danhong injection.Results:Under the optimizing conditions, procatechuic aldehyde, Danshensu and procatechuic acid in Danhong injection could be successfully determined within11minute.
