These cases are divided into Conventional dose group and high dose group, each composed of twenty cases, in the randomized controlled method. Two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment:Conventional dose group to Bazi Yangjing Decoction in conventional dose prescription, high dose group to Bazi Yangjing Decoction in high dose prescription, All groups were daily dose to water decoction for200ml and repeat decoction for200ml, fasting caused early, before dinner, even served90days), Two groups before treatment, after treatment to check serum inhibin B levels, the levels of FSH in serum and semen routine analysis, The two groups before and after treatment, the obtained data were summarized and statistically analyzed.
