The Study Of Effects Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Zeng Mian Fang For Immune Function Reconstruction In Patients With Skin Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the change of immune function of patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma (SSCC) and the effect of the the taditional Chinese medicine of Zeng Mian Fang in theoretical and Clinical aspects,so as to identify the improvement of immune function.And to observe the effect of Zeng Mian Fang on quality of life of patients.Methods:Selecting54patients of SSCC who received surgery treatment were measured in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+), B lymphocytes (CD19+)and NK cell(CD16+56) levels by flow cytometry(FCM),and compared to27healthy people;54patients of SSCC who received surgery treatment were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received Huangqijing, the taditional Chinese medicine group were given the taditional Chinese medicine of Zeng Mian Fang.Four-weaks was one cycle, after two cycles, to compare the immune function of the two groups. We also observe the effect of Zeng Mian Fang on quality of life of patients.Results:①umor group CD3+、CD4+T lymphocyte levels、CD4+/CD8+、CD19、CD16+56+were lower than the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); and CD8+was higher than the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②After two cycles, the traditional Chinese medicine group CD3+、CD4+T lymphocyte levels CD4+/CD8+、CD19、 CD16+56+were higher than before，and CD8was lower.The control group had,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).③fter two courses, the traditional Chinese medicine KPS increased in19cases, no change in6cases, the deterioration in2cases. The control group KPS increased in11eases, no ehange in10cases, the general deterioration in6patients. The statistics revealed that the two groups KPS showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1) Immune function in patients of SSCC was significantly lower than healthy people.2) The traditional Chinese medicine of Zeng Mian Fang can enhance the immunefunction.3) The traditional Chinese medicine of Zeng Mian Fang can improve the quality of life of patients of SSCC...
