Clinical Research On Jiang Ya Jian Zhi Yin Treating Prehypertension

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and primary mechanism on Jiang Ya JianZhi Yin and lifestyle modification treating prehypertensionMethords: Fifty seven patients of prehypertension were divided into curative group(29cases) and control group (28cases) at random. The control group was treated byhypertension educations and lifestyle modification while the curative group was treated byjiang ya jian zhi yin. Each group was treated in three months. The changes about bloodpressure and lipids were observed before and after the treatment.Results:1Lifestyle modification can reduce the systolic blood pressure of prehypertensioncitizens.2Jiang Ya Jian Zhi Yin can reduce the systolic blood pressure and diastolic bloodpressure of prehypertension citizens，and it can also reduce the TC and TG ofprehypertension citizens.3Jiang Ya Jian Zhi Yin is safety to the prehypertension citizens.Conclusions: Jiang Ya Jian Zhi Yin can treat prehypertension, and it is also aneffective and safety way to treat prehypertension.
