[Background]]Acute coronary syndrome(ACS) is a typical clinical syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD).it includs Unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Platelet activation and thrombosis throughout the entire ACS occurring and processed. Significantly increased serum markers in ACS early stage. In this paper, to explore the indicators of these makers in ACS between the development and treatment,through observing CD62P(the platelet classic activation indicators) and sTLT-1(serum TREM-like transcript-1, a new discovered platelet activation) different expression levels in the plasma of patients with ACS early in the disease,to cxprort the relation between these two makers and ACS.[Methods] This study includs CHD83patients from Xiang Ya hospital during August2011to February2012, including46males and37females, aged42to72years, in Which29cases are AMI,26cases are UAP,28cases are SAP.There also recruited49NC from the Xiangya Hospital Medical Center. In each group of patients, collected the blood on the first day after admission,serum sTLT-1levels was measured by ELISA, the platelet surface CD62P expression levels was detected by flow cytometry[Results](1) Platelet CD62P expression levels of AMI、UAP and SAP were more higher than the NC (P<0.01); Platelet CD62P expression levels in AMI were more higher than UAP(P=0.011); Platelet CD62P expression levels in AMI were more higher than SAP(P<0.01)(2) Plasma sTLT-1levels of AMI and UAP were more higher than the NC group (P<0.01); The surma sTLT-level is more higher in AMI than the UAP(P<0.01).(3)There is a significant relationship between CD62Pand sTLT-1.[Conclusion] The serum sTLT-1levels of ACS is significant higher elevated than NC.indicating that sTLT-1may be involved in CHD; The serum sTLT-1levels of ACS is significant elevated than SAP,indicating that it may be involved in ACS; Platelet CD62P levels in ACS was significantly higher than the control group; The consistent of sTLT-1and CD62P expression levels in ACS indicating that sTLT-1level may be a maker of platelet activating.
