Its accompanying cardiovascular and lipid disorders probability is higher than that of patients with non-constipation.(2) Age, sex, duration of illness, diabetes constipation patients with dyslipidemia more proportion in constipated patients, but serum lipid values had no difference between the two groups.(3) HDL in all five syndromes of abnormal positive rates were constipation group was higher than that of non-constipated groups, TG, LP (a) in Damp-Hrat trapped spleen C positive rate of constipation group was higher than that in group LDL constipation, Qi and yin deficiency syndrome in two positive rate of non-constipation group was higher than that of patients with constipation. The two groups of patients, serum lipid abnormalities with Qi and yin deficiency syndrome of total two, followed by the extreme heat due to deficiency of Yin Syndrome is more important.(4) Five kinds of syndromes in patients with constipation, blood lipid index values were greater than the risk degree of non-constipated groups, with gas cloudy two empty, Damp-Hrat trapped spleen card obviously, where TG, LDL value difference is apparent throughout all stages of development of diabetes mellitus.(5) Diabetes constipation patients with blood stasis syndrome in the context of the LDL, LP (a) values of the maximum. Diabetes non-constipation patients with blood stasis syndrome in the context of the highest TG Damp-Hrat trapped spleen type, the maximum value of apoB (male).[Conclusions] Abnormal lipid parameters in diabetic constipation group the positive rate and higher values, dyslipidemia majority are in the different age, gender, duration of diabetes constipation group, and its associated diseases of the heart and brain blood vessels and blood lipids was also higher than the probability of non-constipation. Five card type, the degree of risk of the constipation group lipid parameters values are greater than the non-constipation group, and runs through the whole story of diabetes, the most prominent blood stasis.
