The Study On Clinical Effect And Impact Of Positive Expression Of Platelet Membrane GlycoproteinⅡb/Ⅲa With Zi Qian Mixture In Chronic Immune Thrombosytopenia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and impact of positive expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa (Ⅱb/Ⅲa) with Zi Qian mixture in chronic immune thrombosytopenia(CITP), to explore the pathogenesis of CITP and Zi Qian mixture in the treatment of the link of the disease, and to provide the further application of clinical theoretical basis.Methods:The thirty cases of CITP patients were given to Zi Qian mixture as a course of treatment for two months,then determine the curative effect after two courses of treatment and changes of the positive expression of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa before and after treatment in CITP was measured by Flow Cytometry.We set up fifteen cases of normal control group to observe the expressin of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa simultaneously.Results:1. The total effective rate of Ziqian mixture was83.33%. The comparison between the clinical total symptom score and the platelet count before and after treatment showed significant difference(P<0.01).2.The positive expression of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in CITP group were lower than that in the normal control group before treatment, but after treatment they got elevated, the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01).3.According to the positive expression rate of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa was divided into less than60%,60to80%and more than80%three groups, and tested the date by Non-parameter test, X2=6.707,P=0.035,the comparison between the three groups showed difference (P<0.05).4.The platelet count and the positive expression rate of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in CITP patiant before and after treatment are positively related(r=0.678, p<0.01; r=0.829, p<0.01).Conclusions:1.The total effective rate of ziqian mixture were83.37%.2.The positive expression rate of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa of CITP patient was lower than that of the normal, which was elevated after treatment.3.The lower of the positive expression rate of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa,the poorer of curative effect may be.4. The platelet count and the positive expression rate of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in CITP patiant before and after treatment may be positively related.5. Ziqian mixture can enhance the positive expression rate of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in CITP patiant.
