The Study On Clinical Effect And Influence On TRAIL With Ziqian Mixtuer In Chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia

Objective:to observe the treatment of ziqian mixture to Chronic immune thromboc ytopenia (thrombocytopenia, CITP) about the clinical efficacy and the influence of CITP patients peripheral blood TRAIL. In order to investigate CITP pathogenesis and ziqian mixture treatment of this disease role for the formula link, provides the theory basis for further clinical application.Methods:We observed the clinical effect of the thirty patients of CITP treated by ziqian mixture for four months. At the same time, the expression of TRAIL in CITP patients were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) before and after treatment.We set up fifteen cases of normal control group to observe the level of TRAIL simultaneously.Results:1. The total effective rate of ziqian mixture were 86.67%. The comparison between the clinical total symptom score and the platelet count before and after treatment showed significant difference (P<0.01)。2.The expression of TRAIL were lower than that in the normal controlled group before treatment, but after treatment they got elevated, the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01)Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of ziqian mixture were 86.67% and its effect of curing CITP is definite.2.The serum TRAIL levels of CITP patient was descent than that of the normal, which was elevated through treated.3. low expression of CITP patients' TRAIL may result in apoptosis of T lymphocytes lack and involve in the pathogenesis of CITP.4. ziqian mixture curing CITP may be by influencing expression of TRAIL to promoting apoptosis of T lymphocytes in the normal.
