The Study Of Mechanism Of Nourishing Liver And Kidney Compound Tablet On Rho/ROCK Signal Path In MCAO Rats

Objective: To study the mechanism of nourishing liver and kidney compoundFujian tablet on Rho/ROCK signal path in MCAO rats.Methods: The changes of RhoA, ROCK2, MLCP were observed byimmunohistochemistry, Western blotting, RT-PCR in MCAO rats, which were dividedinto:normal control group, sham operation group,model group,medicine group.Results: After one week, the differences of RhoA, ROCK2, MLCP were notsignificant between normal control group and sham operation group.The express of medicinegroup was higer than model group (p＜0.01）. The research resuluts show Fujian tablet canmarkedly inhibit the expressions of RhoA, ROCK2and MLCP.Conclusion: Fujian Tablet may Promote central nerve regeneration by various oftargets,which have depressant effect to RhoA、ROCK2、MLCP. The research results furtherexpound the deep mechanism of Fujian tablet stimulating nerve regeneration, whichprovides a new theory support of traditional Chinese medicine treatting cerebral infarction.
